Short Biography:
Guillermo Alejandro has won several awards for his films: Best Experimental Short Film at the 2004 Boston Museum of Fine Arts Film Annual, Official Selection at the Boston Cinema Census, NY Mix Festival, San Juan Cinema Fest, International Short Film Festival of Puerto Rico, Roxbury Film Festival and the Boston International Latino Film Festival, among others. He worked with Oscar Nominee Director Jacobo Morales and is currently finishing an MFA at San Francisco State University. The Institute of Culture of Puerto Rico awarded Guillermo Alejandro Vazquez a competitive grant to finish his BFA at The School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
